Professional and reliable service that I can highly recommend to anyone visiting Pula or Istria. We used their transfer service several times during our stay and were always very satisfied. Excellent service across Istria. We used this company for our airport transfers. Dubravko was waiting at the terminal for us and took our luggage. He brought a booster seat for our youngest traveller and make sure we never had to open our own door! We also used their company for a bespoke tour across to Italy and Slovenia for a day trip. We were lucky to come across DUC tours online when planning our trip to Rovinj. From his very first email, we were very impressed by Dubravko! His communication was fast and he helped us plan a wonderful tour into Istria’s mountainside villages.  Dubravko provided us with information as we traveled along the beautiful route and reserved a table for us at a local winery. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! We highly recommend his tours if you are in Istria! Additionally, we used DUC tours for his private car service. Dubravko drove us safely and efficiently between our hotel in Rovinj and our next stop in Venice. He offered stops along the way. Most of all, Dubravko was professional, friendly, and timely. Mr. Kapitan was amazing and very professional. On arrival, he was very patient as we navigated entry delays as a result of a passport control system issue in Pula. Then, he ensure our family was as comfortable as possible. The children had appropriate seats installed. The Mercedes van was ultra clean and comfortable. Mr. Kapitan made it easy and stress free and got us to our resort in Rabac without delay. On return, Mr. Kapitan repeated this same style and professionalism and now, when we visit, we will only call him. Highly recommend and one of the nicest people you’ll meet. 10/10 - would book again and again! Mr Duetz was so kind and helpful. I reached out to him via WhatsApp looking for a last minute wine tour and he did not disappoint. He suggested some options, helped us chose one that fit our family best, and arranged pick up/drop off. He picked us up in the a clean and luxurious van, drove us safely and comfortably to Motovun then to Rossi winery, and then back home. Traveling abroad and booking tours can be tiring and stressful, so stumbling upon Mr Duetz and DUC felt like relaxation and luxury! Thank you for an absolutely lovely day! Great service. Found Đức on insta and just checked them out found good feedback so arranged our pick up and return all via social. He was on the ball and answers questions very quickly.
